Here you’ll find a number of frequently asked questions about my services and offerings. I tried to include a variety of FAQs, but if you still have questions after going through the list, please get in touch directly and I’ll answer any questions you have. ** New** Clients

  • Prepare to spend at least 5-10 mins on completing  intake forms. If you arrive later than the starting time of your appointment, you are only taking time away from your full treatment.

  • Please call or text when you arrive, as the front door is always locked. Thanks!

Can I get a last minute appointment?

If you're trying to book, but it says unavailable, add yourself to the waitlist. Select your preferred service, date & time - if anything opens up you'll be notified.

License  & Credentials?

Yes, your technician is a licensed beauty professional and is also certified in over several specialties.

What  payment methods are accepted?

-Cash. ApplePay. CashApp. Paypal. Venmo. 

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is a free parking lot with ample parking.

I want to come with a friend —

No extra guests or children unless they're being serviced please.

Are deposits required?

Yes, deposits are required when booking appointments. This guarantees your spot and goes towards the cost of your service.

*Deposits are non-refundable. However, they are transferable, once, if cancelled on time.

Cancellation/Late Arrival/No Show

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with me. That’s why I try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to canceling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, I’ll do my best to set up a better slot for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, you will forfeit your deposit all together, meaning it won’t be transferable for another appointment slot.

  •  Please cancel appointments 48 hours in advance. Cancellations outside of this window will result in a complete loss of deposit. 

  • Running late? After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will not be able to be serviced that day.

  • NO CALL NO SHOW will result in a charge for 90% of the appointment. No rescheduled appointment and you will not be able to re-book.  

Shipping Info./Returns

  • Standard Shipping is 3-5 business days. Expedited Shipping is 1-2 business days.

  • You can also pick up product in the suite.

  • We are currently not granting any returns or refunds. All sales are final.
