The Hair Color Consultation is the crucial first step in your vibrant transformation. This consultation serves as a prerequisite for any upcoming hair color service, as well as for conducting a patch test to ensure your comfort and safety. To make the most of this session, please bring along images that vividly capture your desired hair color. During the consultation, we'll delve into your hair color history, allowing us to create a tailored plan that aligns perfectly with your vision. We'll discuss the comprehensive pricing and provide insights into the anticipated time required for your personalized coloring service. Kindly note that same-day coloring services cannot be accommodated during the consultation. The consultation ensures that we dedicate ample time and attention to understanding and planning your unique color journey. Upon the completion of your consultation, should you choose to proceed with a hair coloring service within 30 days, the deposit paid for the consultation will be applied toward your future coloring appointment. This guarantees a smooth transition from consultation to your hair color transformation.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your total service cost and reserves your time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or text at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. If proper notice is given, the booking retainer may be transferred one time to a new appointment. After that, a new retainer will be required. There is a 15-minute grace period if you're running late — just keep me informed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the booking retainer may be forfeited. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
