Service Description
Introducing the All-Inclusive Rejuvenating Silk Press, Detangling, and Trim Experience. As a new client, this specialized package is exclusively available to you. This encompasses hair detangling (if required), the Hydrating Silk Press service, and a meticulous hair trim/cut - whatever is required and that you're comfortable with and light styling. To qualify as a new client, this offer applies if you're receiving services from me for the first time or if you haven't visited in the last 18 months. This is essential as new client sessions typically require additional time and attention. Please arrive with your hair unbraided or untwisted. Please note that this package doesn't include braid/twist removals or weave removals; these can be added on if needed.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel/reschedule, please contact us by email or text 48-hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid charges. *Booking fee's are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your appointment and the deposit will be transferred once. There is a 15 minute grace period if you are running late, just make me aware. However, after 15 minutes your appointment will have to be rescheduled.
