Service Description
Introducing the All-Inclusive Rejuvenating Silk Press, Detangling, and Trim Experience. As a new client, this specialized package is exclusively available to you. This encompasses hair detangling (if required), the Hydrating Silk Press service, and a meticulous hair trim/cut - whatever is required and that you're comfortable with and light styling. To qualify as a new client, this offer applies if you're receiving services from me for the first time or if you haven't visited in the last 18 months. This is essential as new client sessions typically require additional time and attention. Please arrive with your hair unbraided or untwisted. Please note that this package doesn't include braid/twist removals or weave removals; these can be added on if needed.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your total service cost and reserves your time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or text at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. If proper notice is given, the booking retainer may be transferred one time to a new appointment. After that, a new retainer will be required. There is a 15-minute grace period if you're running late — just keep me informed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the booking retainer may be forfeited. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
