PMU Brows Consultation
Ombre Brows | Powder Brows | Microshading
Service Description
New to permanent makeup brows or unsure which style is right for you? This consultation is the first step in achieving your ideal brows. We’ll discuss your brow goals, skin type, lifestyle, and any previous brow work to determine whether Ombre Powder Brows or Combo/Microshading Brows would be the best fit. Consultations can be done in-person or virtually and include a full review of the process, healing, aftercare, and pricing. If you're a candidate, you’ll receive pre-care instructions and booking details for your brow appointment. Required for all new PMU brow clients. A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule your consultation. If you decide to move forward, the remaining $25 will be due at the time of your consultation, and the full $50 will be applied toward your PMU brow service total if booked within 30 days. If you choose not to proceed, the $25 covers your consultation only.
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to secure all appointments. This fee is applied toward your total service cost and reserves your time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or text at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. If proper notice is given, the booking retainer may be transferred one time to a new appointment. After that, a new retainer will be required. There is a 15-minute grace period if you're running late — just keep me informed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and the booking retainer may be forfeited. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
